  Sweet Dreams was very clean and comfortable. We were able to access the deck/hot tub area from both downstairs bedrooms. Very convenient. It rained almost all of the time during our 3 day stay, but no one seemed to mind.

  We have stayed in several cabins before with American Mountain rentals and they are always awesome. Always clean and the staff is always very nice and eager to please. We stayed in Sweet Dreams this time with two other couples and had a great trip. It is perfect for 3 couples. We saw a Mama and baby bears close to the cabin and the fall foliage was beautiful. I would come back again!

  This was not the original cabin we had booked. We had booked another larger property because we had 10 people but there was a problem so we had to change cabins. This would be a great cabin for 6-8 people. It does have a breath taking view, but is way up the mountain so takes a while to get anywhere. The hot tub was nice and all the bedrooms have king size beds which is great! The bathrooms were awesome! Very large! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals and enough of it (which I have been in other cabins that did not). It was a bit small for the amount of people we had, but again, would be perfect for 6-8 people. Plenty of chairs out on the deck for seating which was nice. Sits back off the road and is very private (only one cabin next to it). Overall, a great property.

  It was so great that you provided all the bears!! There was a momma bear with 4 cubs-she ran them all up a tree right next to the back deck-it was so incredible! We had 2 other bears by the front door also on another day. Everything was great!

  We cannot say enough good things about the people at AMR. They were couteous, helpful and wonderful. Many thanks to Jeff, Joann and Robin. We got lost of course and Robin was very helpful. You are all wonderful. Keep up the good work. The road up to Sweet Dreams was something else. We decided not to go out at night because of the roads but that was ok. Everything was so convenient for us to get to. The shops, the grocery, etc.
  
  We had a GREAT TIME. We would recommend your rentals to everyone. Thanks for such a good time.

  A very beautiful house that was in spotless condition when we arrived. The bedrooms all have King beds and each has it's own private full bath which is great for privacy. There's a big living room and eat in kitchen. On the deck was a brand new hot tub that we used four nights out of 7.
  There's also a family room with a pool table and TV upstairs. The pool table kept my 9 year old son occupied. There are 5 TVs in the house all with cable.
  A big plus was the free wireless Internet in the house although the signal was not the strongest.
  Only negatives are the trip up to the house and the view. The house is about 2.5 miles up the mountain. The road to get there is winds through the mountains with very sharp turns and it can be very tricky, especially at night. You can easily take a wrong turn and the directions aren't great. Your GPS won't work well up there either. Once you do it a couple of times you get used to it, though.
  Another negative is despite being very high on the mountain the views are very limited because of the trees.
  Other then that, it's an awesome place to rent. I highly recommend it!

  Sweet Dreams was a wonderful house. However, the road is treacherous to get up to it. Definitely a risk in the winter and tough to drive anytime. Also, too far from the action for us. We like to walk to attractions. We even had to drive the hair pin turns to get to the pool. Definitely bears around the house. It made loading up the car on our last day tricky.

  Sweet Dreams is wonderful and we had a great experience; however, I strongly suggest you look at Fiddlestix before you rent it out again. Your directions to the cabin were horribly confusing!! Why not take guests down Hwy 441, turn left @ Hwy 321 and on in from there?? We did not want to eat/sleep/sit at Fiddlestix because the furniture was old, dirty....bugs everywhere, light bulbs and flood lights burned out, old filthy white leather sofas sitting on 2x4's w/ crackers under the pillows. Then the owner scared us half to death as he was parked in the road watching us and we didn't know who he was or what he wanted. You should have your own cleaning service for EVERY rental....that way you would be assured that the properties are kept up to your standards. When we called your office about the place, no one called us back w/ a replacement cabin and we had to call your office again. Not good. Not acceptable that we had a problem in the FIRST place!! Then we couldn't reach our family members to tell them we were changing. And we lost valuable vacation time to say nothing of the stressful situation. Thank you for making amends, but it shouldn't have happened to begin with!! I am extremely impressed and very appreciative of the fact that your cleaning service found my camera charger and that it is being mailed to me. It all worked out for a happy stay, but the going for the first few hours was traumatic.

  This was one of the nices cabins I've stayed in in gatlinburg. I plan on going back in the spring and hope to get this cabin again. The drive up the mountain is steep and winding so be prepared to take your time. It also was very clean!!

  The only problem with the location was we preferred to be closer to Dollywood. However, we LOVED the cabin. We had no heat the first night, but the management were very quick to respond and get it fixed.

  This cabin is nestled in the woods. We took a group of youth up there for the weekend as we were getting ready to leave we walked out and saw 3 black bear cubs and momma the location is great for wildlife and great view of the mountains from the deck.
