This was our first time renting a cabin in the GSM and it won't be our last! Our cabin was amazing and perfect in the setting! Thank you for the get-away! Only one thing could have been a bit better, and that was the lighting in the kitchen...could use a bit more, maybe some undercounter lighting. Other than that, it was practically perfect :)

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every second of it. It was 2 couples. The view is breath-taking. The cabin was located on the peak of the ridge, so there were amazing views from the front and back of the cabin. The roads and driveway to the cabin are quite steep, but it didn't bother us. We had trouble cooking on the charcoal grill, but only because we are more familiar with gas grills. The hot tub was very relaxing although it is really only made for 4 adults. I wouldn't want to cram anymore in. We would definitely recommend this cabin to others. I did notice water damage to a few areas of the cabin. This didn't bother us, but if I owned the cabin, I would be concerned of long-term damage. Again, this didn't affect our trip at all.

My sister and I brought out mother down for the first time. Had a wonderful weekend. Mom loved the cabin, and the swing on the porch. The cabin was beautiful. The only problem I had was the ceiling fan up steers made the worse thumping and squeaky noise making for a rough and hot nights rest. Thanks to Nancy Ann the second night was much better with the box fan she lent me. I would love to stay at Bucks Lookout again in the future.

There's always something to do in the Pigeon Forge area. We've stayed at zBrother's Cove a number of times now and we've enjoyed every trip.

The "home" was beautifully decorated and very welcoming...the view and the driveway was unbelievable!!!! Only thing missing at the house was add'l linens, there were pillows in the closet without any pillow cases?!?!?! Any the cookware is in pretty bad shape.

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Brothers Cove. We had another great time and enjoyed Buck's Lookout. The views were excellent and we loved the peacefulness of being above it all watching the clouds roll out of the Smokys. You could hear the coos of the doves and the wild turkeys calling. It is close enough to great things like Parrot Mountain and Walden's Stable for great low key experiences. We Loved it and can't wait to go back.

The cabin we initially planned to stay in had many bees. The manager sent a caretaker right away to check it out. The bees turned out to be a bigger issue than thought, so they were gracious enough to upgrade us to Buck's Lookout at no extra charge. The mountain views were spectacular! - from both the front and back decks! Although the neighbors may seem close, the trees were mature and dense enough to provide ample privacy. We loved it!

Buck,s lockout was better than I ever dreamed. The cabin was beautiful and the mountain views were breath taking. Great views on both sides of the cabin. I am considering retiring inTennessee and the Gatlinburg area is very nice. I visited the area about 25 years ago and found the town better than ever. With a lot of family in Tennessee I look forward to visiting again. The only problem I found with the cabin was the stereo speakers were blown. Rating 9 out of 10.

Overall, this was one of the best family vacations we've had! The cabin was spotless & there were plenty of activities to keep my 3 kids happy. The hiking & waterfalls were fantastic, but their favorite was the whitewater rafting and zip lining. The only real negatives were I hated the steep driveways and narrow roads, especially near the cabin. The traffic when you got near Pigeon Forge or Gatlinberg was awful too, but both of these were minor compared to the incredible time we had. We def. will be back!!

We had a great time in the mountains! The only negative was the fact that we could not watch some of our favorite movies because the dvd players in the house did not work. There weren't even batteries in the controller in the living room! Oh well! We especially enjoyed the views from the house we stayed in!

  Thank you so much! I know the driveway is a bit challenging at first, but once you get the handle of mountain life, it is manageable. We are blessed with being on one of the most beautiful and scenic mountains in the foothills of the Smokies. Sometimes you have to climb just a little higher than you are used to in order to see the best views. Once you do you realize it was all worth it! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Beautiful spot, very low key place. Driveway was scary the first time, but we got used to it. Loved the peace and quiet. Has all you could ask for, including the raccoons on the deck at night! Would recommend to company that you have instructions for the tv system. We had to have the night mgr come and get our tv working again one night! Highly recommend this place.

they only thing I would recommend for Bucks Lookout, is better & larger frying pans. The cabin holds 6, it was near impossible to fry eggs and other things for my family with the small frying pans there, also it was a bit dangerous because the biggest frying pans handle was about to fall off. that was challenging as we stayed and ate all 3 meals there. We simply couldnt pull ourselves away from the cabin it was so beautiful and peaceful. Our stay was wonderful. thank you.

We had the most amazing time during our stay. This was our second year in a row renting a cabin in Brother's Cove through AMR, and we will be back next year. The cabins are first class, far better than any hotel could hope to be. The views are beyond words. I can not say enough about how wonderful a time we have had vacationing here for the past two years. I highly recommend this for a family vacation or romantic getaway. What ever the purpose, you won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Bucks Lookout. I took my family including my parents from India who had never stayed in a log cabin before. The cabin really exceeded everybody's expectations. We were there for just two nights, we would have loved to spend more time.
Please check the light in the living room below the fan. The bulb needs to be replaced. Otherwise everything was just perfect.

The cabin was spotless there was nothing wrong with it. The hot tub was so relaxing. It had a beautiful view of the mountain, it made me never want to leave. I loved the cabin, it was also very clean and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook or barbecue. I would definitely rent this cabin again.
PS i would not want to drive up the driveway with a car.

This was a girl's long weekend spring break. The view was breathtaking! Coming from Ohio it was a breath of fresh air. Very relaxing! We plan on staying here again next year. The only thing we would all do different is stay more at the cabin and enjoy the relaxing view. The weather was awesome! We now know not to go into Pigeon Forge or Gattlinburg on the weekend.....way too much traffic! The cabin was very very nice and clean. Everything we would need was available. A great time! Might even bring my husband another time for just the two of us to enjoy!

Beautiful cabin! Loved all the amenities and the decor. The owner did a fantastic job designing the property. The only suggestion I would make would be to place more mirrors in the bedrooms and better lighting in the baths. The strip lighting is functional - but, doesn't allow for good application of make-up or hair styling. Casts a bright glare and blinds you. Otherwise, it was wonderful! Keep up the good work and hopefully, we can visit again!

My wife and I were planning to stay at a resort in Pigeon Forge. I talked to some friends at work that had rented a cabin in Brothers Cove and they couldn't say enough about the quality of the cabins and above all the view. I canceled the resort, booked Bucks Lookout cabin and my wife and I really didn't need to leave the cabin unless we wanted to. The cabin was close enough to town, but not too close. We enjoyed the quiet and the peaceful atmosphere of the area. We will return for another stay in the near future and hopefully we'll be able to reserve another wonderful cabin in Brothers Cove.
